Born and raised in the Midwest, I'm a small-town kid. I'm an International Studies major / French minor at Illinois Wesleyan University. Travel, food, writing, and photography are my passions. Let me tell you a story or two. I'm pretty good at it.

My Ideal Destination: Someplace where everything I do is tinged with a bit of adventure. It needs to be exotic and different, complete with an interesting history and gorgeous sights both man-made and natural. Fill this place with friendly locals who cook delicious (hopefully spicy) food and want to share their culture with me... and that's my ideal travel destination.
